Open Office 2007 Files In Older Versions Of Office


Incase you recieved a file that is created in office 2007 lets say a word document created in 2007 and you are using an older version of office like 2003 then you wont be able to open the file normally but yes there are things using which we can do that very easily

First options is at the time of file creation itself in office 2007,lets say in a excel sheet on the top left you need to click on the circle for more options

Once you have created a file at the time of saving click on save as option and then choose 97-2003 workbook option once you do that then everyone would be able to open the file in older versions of office as well

And incase you got a file created in word 2007 and you are using word 2003 you wont be able to open the file but you can by downloading and installing File Format Converters from Microsoft
