Experts Galaxy

I have been planning to launch the enterprise version of Experts Galaxy for quite a long time. Initially, I was waiting for Microsoft Windows Server 2016 to begin the blog, but then I planned to launch it with the Linux world (Details would be shared later in a blog post). I have already shared many Linux installations here and now there is the CentOS installation, which is used in many companies as Linux Server.

Linux has its own world and people are moving gradually to it even though they are not aware about the same. Android is a Linux based OS and it is one of the most used Operating System for mobiles. I have been playing with Linux for quite long, used to do a bit or two things and then planned to complete my Redhat Certification, which I did last year.

At times for such long installation tutorials, I plan to switch to Video Blogging to save more time. Optical drives will become obsolete in the coming years as people are relying more on USB drives. The reason is the decreasing cost of thumb drives and they can be used again and again till the hardware failure occurs. However, optical drives are difficult to maintain because of their tendency to get scratches.

Storage has emerged as a separate technology with the increase of data and databases. There was a time where normal users like me only used to think about a dual core processor while buying a computer. But these days we have to take care about every single part of the PC, be it the RAM, Power Supply required by the computer, Motherboard, Processor and Hard Disk as well.

I have used different remote access software while working for different companies and personally as well but among all those TeamViewer is still my favorite one. It has one of the finest interface or we can say that a simple to use GUI that even a newbie can just run and provide the credentials so that the technician can remotely access their system to resolve the computer issues.

Bitdefender is another competing security vendor along with Kaspersky which provides very good security solution for all categories. I have used most of their home products and thinking to try their server solution too as these days I am busy experimenting the Windows Server along with Linux, yes you got it right as you were not getting any updates from us, I was busy learning the technology and as a result I would share much more in future.

Fedora is an awesome free linux based operating system from Red Hat that I love to use apart from its server OS.Last week they launched the awesome Fedora 15 with  latest version of GNOME 3 as the default desktop environment.GNOME & KDE are the two main desktop environments for the UNIX operating systems.You can download and install Fedora from the below link and you would love to work on it.As Microsoft keeps on working on the appearance of their new OS apart from security,it seems the new distros of Linux as well working hard on their appearance.I havent tried all the latest distros but yeah did experiment the latest release of Fedora & Backtrack 5.They both have improved a lot in terms of appearance.
